Wrist pain, what are we doing to cause this?
Hello all, first post.

I need some advice, I train as a group of 3, 2 of us at the same level and o
ne slightly above in terms of strength.

PS we arent that strong, only doing around 55kg bar/preach curl, 25-30kg dum
bell curls etc, not weak but not he-man.
My mate hurt his wrist training, he woke up basically and it was painful and
weak, in the middle area on the underside. He had a scan and it was a small
 fracture.

The thing is now my other mate is has had to stop training due to the same d
escribed pain in his wrist. I also am now getting pains in both my wrists, b
ut its not a problem as such, but I can feel a slight pain there, both durin
g then day and when I'm actually training.

Is it something we are doing wrong? We train 4x a week splitting it into Bi'
s & tri's, shoulders, legs, and then finally chest & back. Example of typica
l bi & tri day would be..

3 sets db curl or straight bar
3 sets rope tricept on cable
3 sets seated preacher curls, EZ bar or DB's
3 sets db kick backs
3 sets hammer curls
3 sets dips

It seems to hurt most when at the top of the curl movements like straight ba
r curl and preachers.

We try and do a weight we can do roughtly 6-8 reps with, sometimes however w
e go heavier and say do just 4 reps.
We like to push it so do some heavy spotting where possible, past the point
of failure on your own etc.

Anyone got any ideas? Sorry for the lack of info, I didnt want to bore you,
ask if you need to know more.
