I feel perfectly safe, because Bush isn't going to allow another
attack to occur until after the election. Thus, Cheney's thinly
veiled threat.

However, when Kerry wins the election you can be certain they
shall begin crawling out of the woodwork. Kerry's best move would
be to fire all senior FBI/CIA officials, and promote well-rounded
field agents from the bottom to senior level positions.

In fact, if done properly he might actually have a chance to
