However, when Kerry wins the election you can be certain they
shall begin crawling out of the woodwork. Kerry's best move would
be to fire all senior FBI/CIA officials, and promote well-rounded
field agents from the bottom to senior level positions.
In fact, if done properly he might actually have a chance to
avoid the BACH-lash to immediately follow his election.
