There are some like that on my 4th list, too. And yes, *I* am one of the
others that would be injured.  My own opinion, but I think this step is
aimed mainly at family and close relationships more than drinking buddies,
etc.

In such cases, you could just do a purge.  Dear Jane, you ignorant slut.
Your stole my money, my car, my dignity and I'm not letting you rent any
more space in my head, so I'm not thinking about you anymore than passing
