Is't possible interfacing Cobas Mira analyzer to a computer ?
I need automatically to send blood results to a computer which will
print them on a specific  printer ?

The Mira can be interfaced unidirectionally to a LIS. Ours was
interfaced with
SoftLab. You have to make worklists and it will export results to the
LIS and the LIS
will print reports.

1 -Where can I find SoftLab ?
2- If I understand , I can linking my Cobas Mira to a personal computer
using RS232 port and I have to install SoftLab into my pc.
3- What do you mean 'Worklist' ? Pheraps a programming task to insert
into CobasMira every time I have to analize something ?!

Do you work in a clinical laboratory? It doesn't sound as if you do, because
anyone that works in a clinical lab knows what a worklist is.  SoftLab is a
huge software package used by clinical laboratories and costs a bundle. It
may not be what you need if you're just using the Cobas Mira to do research.

Worklists are formed when a phlebotomist draws a patient, signs off on the
orders, and the tests on that patient go into a queue (on a big software
program). When the tech is ready to run the test, they call up their
worklist, which consists of all the specimens of that test type to be loaded
onto an analyzer. They locate all their specimens from the worklist, run the
tests, including standards and controls, and then verify that everything
worked. They then release the worklist so the docs can see the results. They
build new worklists as necessary depending upon the workload.

I'm not a computer person. It sounds as if you should be talking to some
sort of LIS computer interface tech. Results from analyzers are linked to
computers via interfaces, which are specially built programs to handle the
linkages. They are usually built from inside a lab by the local lab's LIS
department, using that lab's large software package (of which SoftLab is
just one type - there are many out there). I have no idea how this is done.
