Boy Howdy do I love visiting "open houses" when property comes up for
sale.

Think I can get one more really cheap? From what I see it needs far more
than just a paint job to spruce things up, then as to the matter of lost
income? LOL

Now that one is one true giggle. In order to claim a loss one would have
to sell it for hundreds of thousands below market value in order to lose
money, and doing that would negate any court case for damages. You might
want to do it, then sue your Doc for brain damage, oh wait, lol, guess
that is not possible. Oh well, I guess you can dream about reclaiming
non-existent loses, like you dream about being a real woman meeting a
real man. It just isn't gonna happen poopy pants.
