I like the sunshine because winter here, is brutal without light! However,
if it gets too hot in the summer, that is also brutal! I have noticed that
even if it is hot and I go inside, I feel better overall when the sun is out
more. Since I have begun detoxing yeast, the cloudy days aren't as horrible.
Still, Sunshine in winter is a welcome sight.

Just returned from my 3rd visit to the Fibro and Fatigue Clinic. I don't
know how the other branches are. I like my doctor. Her instincts seem good.
I don't like that she won't prescribe heavy painkillers. You'd think this
would be a good thing in the long run. Its good that she doesn't just hand
me a narcotics script and send me on my way. More holistic methods are
preferred. But there are days when I can barely take the pain. Pain
management is a tricky thing.

I was very hesitant about going to this chain of clinics. I remain
skeptical. The doctor makes all the difference. She is the only person who
has continued to investigate,
