I mix it in a blender with 8 oz. unsweetened soy milk and pour it on my
cereal, drinking the extra.  Sometimes I blend in unsweetened frozen
fruit, like strawberries, and eat it like ice cream. My main goal is to
get extra protein, rather than the amino acid supplement.   This is NOT
the recommended way to take it for amino acid benefit:  it is better
absorbed without other proteins.  It is best taken on empty stomach, 1
hour before eating, with water only.  Next best is with no other
protein, e.g. with fruit juice.
The most reasonably priced, best quality I've found locally (very
limited options here in the boonies) is Solgar Whey To Go, about $15 for
a month's supply of one dose per day.  Many others, most much more
expensive, are available on-line.
