Hi Howard and Hope,
I've had Sjogrens for 8 years.  It's an autoimmune disease, makes you tired,
and you have dry eyes, mouth, for females, dry vaginal area.  Its not painfu
l,
no cure, no real treatment, occassionally your limp nodes will swell, and be
uncomfortable.  Hope this helps.
