Don't forget that they usually include "tried once" in these statistics.
That means that anyone who ever smoked pot even once, just so they would
know the difference, would be included with hard drug users.

About 2 months ago, Mexico proposed decriminalizing drug use in general,
and the US wasted no time at all in sending our Drug War trash down
there to tell them what a bad idea it would be.

There is no reasoning with these dirt-bags. We need to lock them up and
be rid of them. Look at what they've done over the past quarter-century.
All they've succeeded in doing (at least in the US) is to lock up 3
million mostly harmless people, and ruin their lives forever.
