cardiac question
Talking about heart failure. He says:

"It might be heart failure, but it might be (s/l corporal minali) or primary
pulmonary hypertension or acute pulmonary embolism. All of these are
associated with BNP elevations as well as hypertension with LDH.."

My cardio doc does the same thing - warp speed, mush mouth but I LOVE HIM!

Well, this guy is an ED doc..no wonder he's so fast. And the lecture is
about getting heart failure patients better treatment but getting them out
of the ED within 20 minutes instead of 70..guess he's practicing.
