No Woody. If you check his site out, you will see he is charging $25
(special rate! normally $50, but only until Sunday when special offer
ends) with a double your money back guarantee. But if you lie and say
you want your money back because it didn't help when it really did,
there is a warning that:

So this supposedly compassionate healer is also a practitioner of
black magic, which he told everyone earlier was a fraud.
