Has anyone had any experience of Shadow Yoga, be interested to know.
Seems to be gaining popularity and fall between Hatha/Ashtanga.

He could move his belly button almost around to his back by invoking
certain marmet points.  The purpose, is to find the profound energy
connections within your body/mind.
