This Book, Yoga: The Path To Holistic Health, is one of the most
comprehensive and excellent books out there for the beginner or
advanced student. This not only give you the asanas but also the way
to modify the asanas for those with conditions. In addition there are
excellent sinquences to follow.' Its a bit pricey but once you see the
high quality illustrations you understand the value.
The other book I would recommend is an Anatomy book. The cheapest is
the Anatomy Coloring Book, There is also Anatomy of Hatha Yoga: A
Manual for Students, Teachers, and Practitioners. It is very helpful
to expand one's awareness into of the underlying phisiology of our
selves.

"The Yoga Fan" Looks like a straight ahead description of the asanas,
color coded, and classified. I can't imagine you can't find the same
sort of information on the WEB. A google search of "Yoga Asanas"
yields many "Yoga Fan" type of WEB sites. Save $13.
