Feeling exhausted
I have been awake now for a little over two hours. I had a cold breakfast of
cereal, blueberries, and milk. I managed to wash my bed linen,(I try to do
it each week), put clean sheets on the bed, and I feel like crawling back
into bed again. It gets real tiresome being this tired all of the time. What
frosts my XXX is that I cannot tell if this is a byproduct of HepC, or the
treatment for HepC, or maybe not related at all. Well, back to the doctor
tomorrow for more medicine, and blood tests. I'll be sure to mention
something then. I'm getting sick and tired of being sick and tired. I have
no strength at all. This isn't the way I want to be!

I just saw Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle as well. I laughed my
XXX off. Nothing wrong with dumb laughs. You know, I could go for a
few White Castle sliders myself. When you got that crave.. I just
hope Doogie Howser doesn't steal my car on the way.

Well only your doctor can pinpoint the cause but I am
tired all the time too and I didn't have symptoms until
I started the tx.so I am blaming the meds. I know it
can be a sign of anemia but my doctor says I am within
the acceptable range. His suggestion is to take naps..
so I do. I am getting better at limiting my self. I figure if
I get the sheets in the washer and go through the
mail I have earned a rest.if not a nap :-). Grocery
shopping means I don't have to do anything else the rest
of the day.same thing with vacuuming. Baby steps.

No one likes being weak. I get embarrassed (and a little
nervous) when I have to explain to my boss it's time
for my nap and to not send me any more problems.

I hate that my friends come over, take one look at the
place and offer to help out. :-) (guess they got used
to the always ready for company look)

I hate that I have to pass on trips to Vegas, clubbing
with the girls, shopping expeditions, the balloon festival..
etc.

But..it's just for right now. It's just temporary.I know that.
So for 24 weeks I pamper myself, take naps, avoid stress,
and just chill. It's all good and certainly better than the
alternative.

Do they stay and help out? I wouldn't hate that at all. I figured out
that I didn't go out to dinner anymore so we hired someone to come in
and clean every two weeks. I don't have friends like yours

That's sometimes the only thing to hold onto, but that is enough.
