I sould like to practise yoga, but I dont know which school to choose? I was
thinking about hatha. . .

Sometimes you can find some of Richard Hittleman's old paperbacks in used
bookstores, they are the best value, as he gets to the point and is very dir
ect
and specific. I have seen recently-published large-format, expensive books t
hat
don't even include the sun excersizes, which I consider to be a unpardonable
 sin
of omission.

Do you have experience with this group?  They seem like a good crew,
the fact they don't charge to teach meditation is a clue.

Yes I do in fact. They are very sincere and genuine in what they teach and
everything is free.
However there is a collection box like a church (in the corner) into which
you can donate but
it is seldom spoke about.
