I was going through something similar. I thought that if I had a smoke it
would ease the depression so I did. It didn't help at all.. Relief came,
but it was about 8-10 hrs. and a half a pack later. Wish now I would how
tuffed it out. Now I have to start all over again. YAY!
Way to go for hangin in there! You have my empathy.
