That's half the problem that pedophiles like this can seem to be quite
charming and many adults don't realise what is happening.
My daughter age about 12 told me a teacher at her school was touching
her, I asked how and the touching it seems was not just here but other
young girls, She mentioned a friend, and I asked to talk to her friend
who backed my daughter up. I told the friends parents, and I went to the
school saw the headmaster with the teacher in his office and told both
of them that he had been inappropriately touching young girls including
my daughter. Her friends parents went along separately and talked to the
headmaster as well. The teacher was transferred to an all boys school.
My daughter was not embarrassed to tell me what happened, because I had
brought her up with an understanding of what can happen. She trusted me
to deal with it, and I did. It was the only time ever in her school
years that she had a problem.
Half of the problem is parents not explaining to their children the
facts of life and what they need to do if someone approaches them or
touches them or tries to abuse them. If children know what to do they
will tell parents and will tell potential abusers to get lost in a very
loud voice.

Good for them, I hope they completely embarrass him and make his life a
misery he deserves it. You have to stand up and be counted in such
situations, you cant let it slide you do have to be seen by your
children to be dealing with the situation and in a positive way.
