In other words blame the victim. If a child is molested it's the parents
fault, if a woman is raped it's her fault. A friend of my son's found out
when she was 13 that her dad had been drugging her friends when they came
for a sleep over and videotaping himself molesting them. She found the
tapes and turned them over to the police. Her parents were divorced and her
mom lived in another state. No one had a clue this guy was a pedophile. He
was an upstanding citizen and noone gave it a second thought to let their
daughters sleep over his house. Now the daughter has death threats against
her from her own dad's family because even though they can't deny the
video's they say she shouldn't have turned her own dad in. She can never
return to that state for fear of her life and her dad is in prison. What do
you do as a parent? How do you tell if your kids bestfriends parent is a
pervert?
