Back in 2002, I learned and started practicing fasting.
I've experienced water and juice fasting; my longest fast was two
weeks..one reason that pushed me to break my fast is my busy life.
One can't really fast and lead a busy and somehow stressful life..not to
mention the bad breath odor and that bad feeling in the mouth ;)

But recently I started seeing on some websites that to achieve altered
states and perhaps euphoria, fasting can be a way.that's why I asked her.
