HB helen - why are you so obsessed with this.  Surely you have more
important things to worry about. Don't have more productive things to attend
to in your life - how about creatings something yourself and getting off
your backside.  Its amazing how many so called yogis and meditators do
absolutely nothing but talk and gossip. Its a total disgrace.  When someone
does something practical and offers a free service these so called spiritual
meditators just gossip and garble all day and night. Its completly
disgusting and they make all sorts of insinuations without looking at the
basics.  It is completely crude and its a pity that you now have been
captured by this nonsense and get sucked into this gossipe.  Act more
