janu sirsasana
marichyasana 1
paschimottanasana
upavista konasana
baddha konasana
.. and now?

Re: forward bend sequence
Personally, I think it's better to alternate forward bends with
backbends. Doing one forward bend after another could be asking for
trouble. It also sounds more like contortionism than yoga. Yoga isn't
necessarily about doing the most difficult; it's about physical, mental,
and spiritual health. (All just my opinion, of course, but I've been
doing it for 37 years.)

I respectfully disagree with Don. This does not mean that Don is wrong
- it only means my experience is different. I like to do like asanas
together. Twists, standing poses, forward bends, back bends,
restoratives. In sequences together.

I like to start with Adho Mukha Svanasana, then move to uttanasana. I
have some lower spine issues so I have to be careful with forward
bends. But I find starting with those is a good way to get into it
before doing the seated forward bends.

You may want to conclude with the variations of uttanasana after doing
the seated bends. The standing forward bend can be quite intense.
