ALMOs:   Arms Length Management Organisations are invariably formed to
conceal corruption between the responsible authorities and their friends in
the commercial world.
OSTRICHES:   are authorities responsible for fair dealing who sever
connections with complainers when they run out of excuses for condoning
unfair dealing and serious corruption
QUANGOS:   are Quasi Autonomous Non Government Organisations which are
supposed to look after the interests of the ordinary members of the public.
Invariably they do exactly the opposite.   Where pricing is involved they
effectively create a cartel which ensures that there is no competition.
They are festooned with overpaid parasites whose main strength is their
ability to lie, lie and lie again.

Behold the two fine fellows congratulating each other in public while Yasser
Arafat is being buried and thousands of civilians and quite a few soldiers
are being killed in Fallujah as part of an unlawful war started by the
Americans with Blair backing.
An American lady who had a business in the Nine Eleven twin towers at the
World Trade Center and who lost her husband and four members of her staff as
a result of the actions of Al Quaeda stated that Iraq had no responsibility
for Nine Eleven and that the war on Iraq was about "greed, power and oil".
She might have added that it was also about Israel and the American Jewish
lobby.
As the two ratbags congratulated each other and set out their stall for
righting the wrongs of the world they simply added to the Arab/Muslim hatred
of the UK and USA and of these two megalomaniacs in particular.   These two
men, along with Ariel Sharon, are war criminals.   They debase Christian
values.   All their talk will not alter the fact that all Palestinians will
resist the Israelis until the 1957 boundaries are restored.    We want a
Labour government which will demand nothing less than a fair resolution of
the problem which should include compensation for all the Palestinians
murdered by the Israelis.
Probably the greatest allies the two Christians have are the UK news media.
There were few protests about sending the Black Watch to Fallujah but when
young soldiers died they pandered to the emotions of their readership by
splashing photographs and stories all over their bulletins.    The BBC is
now a lame duck with reporters who should be strung up alongside Blair and
Bush.

Arnold McCardle still unlawfully detained in Carstairs State Hospital

After nearly three years the authorities are now trying to get Mr McCardle a
grant to enable him to buy a computer - this after he had spent hundreds of
hours labouriously writing Petitions and correspondence.   Also Thomson, the
so-called doctor who uses Mr McCardle for her research programme, has
allegedly arranged a meeting with Ann Mallaby and Mr McCardle where
presumably she will try to justify her behaviour with the usual
irrelevancies.    There is only one matter to be discussed:     the unlawful
re-arrest of Mr McCardle as he left the court a "free man" on 5 December
2003 on the basis of an order obtained secretly on 4 December 2003, by the
crooks at Carstairs who had been found guilty of unlawfully detaining him up
to and including 4 and 5 December 2003.
Steven A Anderson, solicitor based at Sighthill (fax 0131 442 3344) visited
Mr McCardle on 10 November 2004 and took instructions to sue for
compensation for unlawful detention and to petition for Interim Interdict
for Mr McCardle's release.   Mr Anderson should take immediate appropriate
action.

Gambling with financial security.
I attended a residents' association meeting on Saturday 23 October at the
Ocean View Hotel, Grove Road, East Cliff, where Sir John Butterfill
commented upon the government's Gambling/Casino Bill.
I consider Sir John's comments that there is no reason to be concerned about
the government's bill to be a gross distortion of the truth.
Local residents as well as the public up and down the country are concerned
about the easing of the rules - which in effect let the weaker willed be
opened up to further entrapment from credit card companies and banks alike
into running up debts which they can ill afford then to repay.
Sir John, in fact backed Tony Blair and the government's proposed bill.
Yet local residents have expressed their concerns.
So do the local community's views register at all with our local MP?   It
seems not.

Comment:    Mr Hamilton has made serious allegations against this MP in
accompanying correspondence.   We do not see that he is any worse than any
other MP - especially Labour MPs with money to burn and money to launder and
we are not prepared to malign even MPs without a view of the evidence.

Buttiglione 'outs' his EU successor as a Freemason (Richard Owen, the Times
10/XI/04

Rocco Buttiglione, the Catholic politician and papal adviser whose views on
homosexuality and marriage cost him his job as an EU Commissioner last
month, yesterday caused further controversy by claiming that his successor
was a Freemason.
Signor Buttiglione congratulated Franco Frattini, the Foreign Minister, on
his nomination as EU Justice Commissioner , the job for which Signor
Buttiglione had been nominated by Silvio Berlusconi, the Prime Minister.
But he went on "I hope his hearings go well and that nobody asks him if he
is a Freemason.   If they do they will only be repeating the same injustice
that was done to me."

Freemasonry, which was banned under Mussolini, flourished under the
Christian Democrats in postwar Italy, and remains legal.   But it is still
viewed with suspicion by the Vatican and the Roman Catholic Church.
It has been a highly sensitive issue in Italy since 1981, when a secret and
illegal right-wing Masonic lodge known as P2 - Propaganda Due - was broken
up amid public scandal.
Nearly a thousand members of P2 were named, including senior figures in
business, politics, banking, journalism, the intelligence services and the
military.   The scandal brought down the Christian Democrat-lead government
of Arnaldo Forlani, which had tried to keep the details secret.

Signor Frattini was "independent of the occult powers which control Europe".

Signor Buttiglione, far from returning to relative security as Italy's
Minister for European Affairs since his rejection by Euro MPs, has defiantly
maintained a high profile through public meetings and interviews , in which
he has lambasted the "totalitarianism" of an "over secularised and
politically correct Europe".
Last weekend he commenced a campaign for a return to "traditional religious
values " in public life, and said that thousands of people all over Europe
had offered support for his campaign to inject "Christian family values"
into politics.
A survey this week showed 61 per cent of Italians were against gay marriage.

Comment:    As we have been saying weekly for years this country is run by a
Masonic organisation identical to the P2 Lodge.   It is now the basis of the
Bilderberg Group which is intent upon controlling the world.   George
Robertson (now Lord Robertson) was Minister for Defence when he attended a
Bilderberg meeting at Turnberry in Ayrshire.   He arrived by army helicopter
under extreme secrecy.    The significance of this is that the Labour
government is polluted with Masons who are Hell bent on controlling the
lumpenproletariat.   The cognoscenti know that there is effectively a P2
Lodge dominating every authority in the UK .
At Turnberry a reporter tried to question members of the hotel staff.
That is not an offence.   He was arrested and held in custody.    What sort
of Labour government would tolerate this if it wasn't hand in glove with the
ratbags who want to control the world?

Lawyers only add to the misery of divorce says judge (Steve Doughty - Daily
Mail 10 Nov. 2004)

A SENIOR judge has blamed lawyers for adding to the misery of families
caught up in divorce and disputes over children.
Mr Justice Munby, one of the most respected family judges, said they often
made cases more difficult rather than easier to solve.
He told MPs that judges settle the arguments in broken families more quickly
and simply when there are no legal representatives involved.
The attack is the latest in a string of criticisms of the behaviour of
lawyers representing divorced and separated couples , including those
wrangling over child custody and visiting rights.
They have been accused of encouraging couples to fight unnecessarily over
money, property and custody of children, and to engage in prolonged legal
battles that can last years and generate huge fees.
The price is paid by couples, who can lose many of their possessions , and
by taxpayers, who last year handed over nearly half a billion pounds in
legal aid to lawyers in family cases.
Judge Munby told the Commons Constitutional Affairs Committee that he found
it better to settle family cases when solicitors were not involved and when
the couple appeared in person.   'What you are getting is the facts as they
see it without the assistance, and some people might put the word in
inverted commas, of lawyers,' he said.

Judges have been repeatedly critical of lawyers in court.
Last year Master Hurst, the Senior Costs Judge, who controls spending in the
High Court and the Court of Appeal, declared that solicitors have 'a vested
interest in maximising costs recoverable from a paying party,'
Academics have also advised against the role of lawyers.
A report from the Joseph Rowntree Foundation said 'Allowing lawyers and the
courts a say in how often children should see their separated fathers or
mothers risks making matters worse for all concerned.'

Comment:    We have been saying for years that the best solicitors are the
ones who refuse to take your case.    After judges they are amongst the
lowest forms of life.   This tirade is about the cost of legal aid which is
now being withheld from deserving families presumably to pay for the
military forays of the Blair government.

The two worthies appeared before a judge named Harrison at Chester County
Court.  We hope to publish their report next week.   They tricked Harrison
into admitting that he was a Mason because he defended Freemasonry in a
eulogy.    The latest report is that Harrison got his knickers so tightly in
a twist that he had to be rushed to hospital to restore the circulation in
his legs.

1.   Dorset Police - The person who was mainly responsible for information
about Dorset police and Dorset authorities in general was twice given the
opportunity to play it straight.    His ambition was to take over the VOMIT
Web page even although he can hardly spell his own name.    He was able to
destroy the vomit.cc Web page using a Webmaster who had as much integrity as
Judas Iscariot and as much guts as a louse.    The vomit.cc Web page
finished up under the control of the associate of doctor X in Italy who will
be arrested as soon as he sets foot in UK.   His mother in under the care of
Bedfordshire County Council allegedly because he assaulted her.    Dr X was
a whistle blower about medical malpractice (diamorphine over dosage of the
elderly), a doctor of medicine, a "resident psychiatrist", a police surgeon
and about to sit exams to become a fully - fledged barrister.   'All that
glitters is not gold.'

2.   Petition supporting Dr X and another. -   We are asked to support a
petition on behalf of Dr X and another doctor when we would prefer to see Dr
X deported.    We cannot therefore support the Petition because to do so
could mean that a genuine case is being used to support a case without
merit.   It causes the basis for both cases to be questioned.

Comment:    The latest report on the ponce whose ambition exceeded his
intelligence is that he is in Stockholm to receive the Nobel Walter Mitty
Award for "Intellectual eminence and scholarship sublime".
We have to exercise caution concerning his erudite ramblings about Dorset
police and the Dorset authorities generally even if the different
authorities have never taken up our offer to publish their denials.   Our
experience is that this cheat has harmed more victims, including himself,
than Dorset police.    The Dorset solicitor who committed suicide described
him as an Iranian criminal.    He is not Iranian.   During the week he used
another of his gang to threaten us by proxy with villains of whom "even the
police are frightened".

Freemasonry At Work.



In February of 2003, my home came under an illegal Northumbria Police siege.
Their officers watched as a bailiff attempted an illegal forced entry into
my home. One and a half working days earlier, my appeal against the
possession of my home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne-Wear DH50HT had
been adjourned at the Middlesborough County Court when I was taken to
hospital. The possession of my home, land and most of my personal
possessions had been arranged by what was Masonic Judicial criminals who
should by now, had Freemasonry not had control of our alleged justice
system, have been tried for their crimes and misconduct instead of still
being paid from the public purse. John H Fryer-Spedding then a recorder, was
the one to put the final touches to the judicial and other crimes being
carried out against me at the Durham County Court. His acts to pervert the
course of justice must have been the evil icing on the cake for Freemasonry.



Mr Woolf, Bingham, Auld and Pill, often referred to as Lords and alleged
major authorities on UK law, ruled that my concern at probable Masonic
influence in my cases had no relevance. The Court Service (truly that but
not one to the public) backed up the refusal by Durham County Court judges
sign a document declaring any membership of Freemasonry as I had required.
These people were all wrong in their decisions and I think they knew that at
the time they were protecting the masons involved in my cases. Case law has
shown that where a litigant has any concerns about the independence or
impartiality of the court, and that court ignores to address that matter
first, then by failing to do that the court is in breach of  Article 6(1) of
the European Human Rights Convention. At the adjourned hearing at the
Middlesborough County Court, one and a half working days before the siege
and theft of my home began, I had provided to the presiding judge
indisputable case history evidence (Dundee Tribunal Case) that my concerns
at Masonic influence in my cases and the various judges and so called
authorities having continued to ignore my concerns regarding this, had and
remains a clear breach of Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights
Convention. A copy of that evidence had also been provided to Sintons
Solicitors, of Gosforth, Newcastle. In addition I had then also provided the
judge and these solicitors with the necessary documentation for my
application for judicial review of my cases. I should point out here that
all solicitors are officers of the courts with obligations to the courts and
to the litigants they represent. My experience over the years of fighting
what amounts to have been a Masonic Judicial Mafia solicitors who generally
assist them, is that solicitors do not generally abide by their obligations
to either the courts or litigants. Our justice system, or rather the lack of
it, has been proven many times over in my case alone, to be administered by
nothing short of a hotbed of criminals who are protected by yet more
criminals  employed within the UK establishment. Freemasonry is the common
denominator in all of this. I make this statement from facts that are easily
proved.



It was a recorder John H Fryer-Spedding who presided over the final hearing
of cases DH400950,DH400898 and NE401650  at the Newcastle County Court, who
warned me that it would do me no good when I highlighted the fact to him
that my civil opponent, National Insurance Inspector, Miss S Carr, had
started to swear blatant perjury while I cross examined her in the witness
box at the Newcastle County Court. That was in October of 1996.  Spedding
then carried out nothing short of a catalogue of acts that did and were
clearly meant to pervert the course of justice. In fact the proceedings held
before him were also illegal because Spedding falsely alleged that there was
an Order in place consolidating the three civil actions into Carr's trumped
up case against me under case NE401650 where I was alleged to have been a
trespasser on land that I and my father (since deceased) had occupied  and
owned for over twenty seven years. In fact on June 1st 1994 a Durham County
Court Order was that the cases were not to be consolidated into Carr's case
as she had applied. All that has taken place since Spedding perverted the
course of justice in the three above actions remains illegal and Spedding
and others are now liable to a massive damages claim. Spedding even agreed
that it was his intension to deprive me of my rights and gave no reason for
carrying out that act. That showed a part of the extent of the evil he used
and clearly had previously intended to use against me to pervert the course
of justice and thus cause me considerable damage. Spedding is still being
protected from his crimes used against me by the ruling Masonic Mafia above.



In 1996 I had contributed to the House of Commons Home Affairs Select
Committee Inquiry into Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary. That
Inquiry was an absolute whitewash of the true existing state of affairs
regarding Masonic influence/rule of the UK police and judiciary. I believe
that Spedding was  the one appointed to pay me back for having done that.

he was not a mason but over the many years since I have been in
confrontation with Freemasons, I have normally found that they are
consistent liars. I have no doubt that Spedding amounted to was a Masonic
hit man by the mass of crime that he used to pervert the course of justice
in my cases. When I warned Spedding that I would report the crime he had
used against me to then Lord Chancellor Mackay, (now accepted as yet another
mason) he fled the Newcastle County Court. The Court Clerk, a Mr Abley,
wrote that he had been unable to locate Spedding afterwards. Mackay passed
me on to the Parliamentary Commissioner when in fact it was his job to sort
Spedding's crimes used against me out. The Commissioner later wrote to me
that it was not his job to act on the matter. Around that same time Spedding
decided to go into what is shown to have been a sudden decision to retire to
his, pay to view, stately home and gardens situated just outside of Keswick,
Cumbria. I later learned that he was a reader ameritus at the church near to
his home. I think that I was truly almost sick when I leaned of this fact
and later spoke with the warden of the church about the crimes he had used
against me. Since that time I have learned that many establishment figures
will use the guise of Christianity as a cloak of respectability. By my
contact with Fraser Kemp MP, it appeared that Home Office Minister John
Denham MP, was the one most likely to have tipped Spedding off that I had
learned of his whereabouts. Possibly Denham might have thought that I was
capable of a similar type evil that Spedding had carried out against me? No
I could not lower myself to his same sort of levels.



The law states that a litigant requires three full working days notice of
any court proceedings in which he is required to attend. Middlesborough
County Court never informed me of any court proceedings that had clearly
taken place on the same day as the illegal Northumbria police siege of my
home started and their first intent to murder me began. The Chief Constable
of Northumbria Police was known to me as a Freemason. Many such positions
are also filled by masons nationwide. Northumbria Police had over the years,
been instrumental in crime used against me and in the protection of
criminals involved with it. This is the way Freemasonry operates and many
are the other victims of it who will agree with this fact. I suggest that
many victims of Freemasonry never become aware that they are in fact Masonic
victims.



When in February 2003 I saw that Northumbria police officers were aiding and
abetting the illegal attempt by the bailiff to force entry into my home, I
took an ornamental sword from the sitting room of my home and held it to my
stomach with the other end wedged against a wall. I warned the police
officer standing watching that crime that he was party to it. He ignored
that and when I realised the bailiff was continuing to try to force entry to
my home, I took a can of petrol from the back yard of my home and doused
myself in petrol. I took a match and warned that if the break in of my home
continued and the lock to my door was forced, I would ignite the match and
fall on the sword as a final act of protest against the Masonic Judicial and
Police Mafia. They had been the cause of a mass of problems for me since I
showed that the Lord Chancellors Department were helping to cover up illegal
Houghton-le-Spring Magistrates Court proceedings. That was after I had been
battered and then struck by a car that had been deliberately driven at me
after I uncovered crime at the British Coal Estates Department at
Spennymoor, Co. Durham in 1986. Yes, I am very satisfied that masons were
also involved in that from start to finish as well. I had effectively
stepped then into a Masonic pit of vipers. If you want to find a mason, you
need look little further than into our courts and the police stations who
back up and protect judicial crime.



When I came close to igniting the match and pushing the sword into me the
bailiff eventually backed off. I then became aware of more police officers
outside my home. A little later the gas supply to my home was cut off. In
the early evening police tore down the telephone line to my home so that I
was unable to communicate with anyone to let them know what was taking
place. Then the electricity and water supplies to my home were cut off. I
was unable to make myself a hot drink which I had needed because it was so
very cold. I was also unable to take some essential medication that I needed
because I had no water to take it with. Also earlier on the first night of
the illegal Northumbria Police siege of my home, I offered to pass to a
policewoman negotiator named to me as "Jo", some documents to her through my
kitchen window. She then shouted at me not to go near my kitchen window. It
was then that I realised that marksmen had been stationed outside my home
and were waiting for an opportunity to shoot me. At that time my electricity
supply had not been cut off. I told Jo that I would put the kitchen light on
and open the curtains. I asked that the police marksmen would make a good
job with their first shot at me. She said that she would go and have a word
with them. The following day when it was light, I opened and leaned out of
an upstairs window of my home to give police the opportunity to shoot me
when members of the public nearby could witness it. That of course did not
happen because it would have been evidence of murder had they shot me.



By the third night of the siege of my home, I had been worn down without
being able to eat, drink, take medication, or sleep. The only food that I
had eaten was a Mars bar. They went to some lengths to make sure that I was
unable to sleep even for a short while. They made good use of the fact that
they knew that I was cold because there were no working heating facilities
for me to use. They used that situation in an attempt to have me give up.
Then later on the third evening of their illegal siege, I heard banging and
then yelling. Northumbria Special Squad police officers had then battered
down the door to my home and were storming in it yelling and screaming. I
stood at the top of the stairs of my home busy plucking up courage to fall
onto the sword that I had, rather than give up my home to the Judicial
Masonic Mafia who had engineered the situation and were being assisted in
that by Masonic led Northumbria Police. Three of those officers came up the
stairs while others of them watched at the bottom of them.



Had they left me for just a little while longer I am sure that I would have
done what  the two police murderers  had also wanted.  Those two Special
Squad murderers, in full riot kit, held and handcuffed me leaving the sword
between the handcuffs. They then took a shoulder each and started to make
noises clearly in an attempt to coordinate the pressure thrusts they were
exerting on my shoulders, as they were pushing me down on the sword. I was
in pain and started to shout as the sword started to cut into my abdomen.
Then a third police officer near to the top of the stairs who was watching
the murder attempt being carried out on me, pulled away the sword, grabbed
the centre of my handcuffs and then dragged me headlong down the stairs away
from his murdering colleagues,  causing me considerable pain in the process.
In fact that third officer had saved my life and I can only believe that he
did not wish to be part of what I am sure was a police murder squad. I make
this statement because had the murder attempt on me by those two police
officers been successful, there were several other  police officers who
would have been witness to it. I think it very unlikely the murder attempt
on me would have been started without those two murdering police officers
having an awareness that their murder of me would have been subject of a
cover up by fellow  police officers. I swear that had that third police
officer not intervened in the murder attempt being made on me, then I would
now be dead. I could not have stopped that myself that in the circumstances
and they clearly knew that. Later I learned that police had set up heat
sensors right around my home, including on its roof so that they could
monitor where I was in my home at any time day or night.



I was taken to Washington, Tyne-Wear, Police Station afterwards. The
commander of the police murder squad, a man with very dark skin having a
complexion similar to that of middle east origin, then started to give the
custody sergeant his account of what had taken place. He had started to lie
and I interrupted him and started to give the true facts of the matter to
the custody sergeant. He said that I was not allowed to speak but when the
murder squad police officer started to make defamatory remarks about me I
shouted out that one day I believed that he would be responsible for someone
else's death. Following the exchange of words between the police murder
squad commander and myself, the custody sergeant said that he would note
down what I had told him. It is clear now that if he had noted it down along
with the attempt to impale me on the sword, it was never acted on. However
again, with a police having a mason as its Chief Constable, I suppose this
has come as no surprise. Those two police officers who carried out the
murder attempt on me still remain free and are most likely still having
their wages paid for by the public. With these police officers being still
at large, is anyone safe from them? It was a former Civil Servant who was in
a position to make such statement, told me that had Northumbria Police shot
me on the first night of their illegal siege of my home, they would have
planted a gun in my hand and have then claimed that I was armed. He went on
to say that had those Northumbria  Police Special Squad murderers  impaled
me on the sword, they would then have claimed that my death had been an act
of suicide.

this year I was given information by what I believe was from a reliable
source that Prime Minister Tony Blair is a Freemason. I had in fact been
corresponding with Blair since at least 1997 on matters concerning judicial
crime that was being used against me. I had also been seeking information
from other sources as to whether Tony Blair had any Masonic links. I have
since included in a letter to him that I am aware that he is a Freemason to
which neither he or Downing Street staff have replied. Both Prime Minister
Tony Blair and Home Secretary David Blunkett have been made aware of the
mass of establishment and other crime connected with it that has been used
against me since I first confronted Freemasonry back in 1986. They both have
also been given an account of the murder attempt that was made on me in
February last year. Both of these men continue to ignore these matters and
are thus considered to be unfit to hold public office. It may be of interest
to the reader that shortly before the siege of my home in February 2003, a
Mr Matt Dowding had replied to me on behalf of Tony Blair stating that my
case had been sent to the Lord Chancellors Department. That letter was only
one of the number of letters that I had received from 10 Downing Street that
are shown in the circumstances to have been meant to deceive me. Deception
and the rest of such things that often go with it, seem now to be all a part
of 10 Downing Street.



I was also given information, albeit from an anonymous source, of a rumour
that was said to have gone around the office of Dr. David Kelly, the Iraqi
weapons inspector, on the morning that he was found dead. In the
circumstances, I believe like many, that Dr David Kelly was murdered and did
not commit suicide as has been claimed. He too was a potential corrupt
establishment whistle blower. The links to Freemasonry  and paedophilia in
the William Hamilton Dunblane Child Massacre affair also needs to be subject
to an inquiry by a truly independent authority not the whitewash job we have
been offered. In the present day situation, such alleged independent
inquiries are most often clearly not that at all and whitewash a tool to
hide the filth of what's often beneath.  Just how was Dr Harold Shipman, I
am informed, yet another infamous mason, able to get away with so many
murders. Did he too really commit suicide or was it just that he was a
potential whistle blower on our Masonic infested establishment?



Around three years ago I had written to Queen Elizabeth II. I asked in my
letter to her if she bore any responsibility whatsoever when judges and
magistrates breach their judicial oath of fairness to all manner of men,
which is sworn by them to her. The reply to my letter in fact came not from
the Queen or Buckingham Palace, but from the Lord Chancellors Department.
Yes, the same Department who protected the illegal Houghton-le-Spring
Magistrates Court proceedings of which I was subjected back in 1986. It is
the very same Lord Chancellors Department who have shown me over the years
since then that they do protect judicial criminals and that masons employed
within that Department is clearly not in the general public interest. It was
also confirmation that the Queen does not bear any responsibility to act
when the judicial oath sworn to her is breached. The only conclusion that I
could draw from that reply was that the judicial oath is a fraud and scam.
Had the judicial oath meant anything like it is supposed to mean, my life
would not be the Hell that it has been made. Yes, Masonic judicial
criminals, real as they are, are alive and well because those masons in
positions of authority above are protecting them.



The judicial oath fraud is a serious matter which should be of great concern
to the general public of the UK nation. Former recorder John H
Fryer-Spedding was given a recognition by Queen Elizabeth II around two
years ago. This year I learned that  Queen Elizabeth II is also Patron Head
of UK Freemasonry. I wonder if Spedding received that  royal recognition
from the Queen in that capacity, or in her capacity as Patron Head of UK
Freemasonry? The Queens relative, the Duke of Kent, is the Grand Master of
UK Freemasonry, the Duke of Edinburgh is a Freemason, the Prince of Wales is
also one. The Queens late father King George 6th was also a Freemason.
Nearer my home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, it was Lord Barnard who is
the Masonic Grand Master for the Durham Masonic Lodges.  In fact it would
seem that the whole of our establishment from Buckingham Palace downwards is
riddled with membership of Freemasonry. One does not need to examine this
situation too closely to see the possible and probable reasons for this
situation.



It also was confirmation from the reply to my letter to the Queen that the
UK does not have any independent or impartial tribunals or authorities
established by law for the resolution of UK citizens criminal or civil
rights which is required under Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights
Convention. This matter remains a blatant violation of the rights of all UK
citizens. If you are subject of corrupt judges as I have been, there is no
independent authority in this country where you can refer the matter to.
Meaningless bits of paper legislation are I believe all a part of a
deception that we are living under. The facts show that law all too often is
only applied when it suits the establishment to use it. If they choose not
to use the law to protect you, there is nothing that you can do about it.
Several years ago, the Italian Prime Minister joked that the European Court
of Human Rights was ruled by masons and paedophiles. Having had experiences
at the hands of that court I can echo that.



A senior Northumbria Police officer agreed to me that the Houghton
Magistrates Court affair was in fact illegal. He said that my having been
battered and then struck by a car afterwards should have been acted upon by
that force as attempted murder. Northumbria Police have refused throughout
and deliberately tried to deceive me many times and have ignored their
public duty to act on that matter. Where exposing anything to do with
Freemasonry is concerned, the police and the courts will look for a way
around it or simply just ignore it altogether as I have learned from facts
that have taken place with me over the years. I include the Lord Chancellors
Department in this allegation. I am also aware that the LCD has a department
dealing specifically with complaints regarding Freemasonry alleged
involvement. My belief is that this Masonic Matters Department is in place
to help protect whenever possible our many Masonic criminals.



Its time now that the judicial oath of fairness to all manner of men, in the
circumstances shown and proved to me, be sworn by them not to Queen
Elizabeth II, but to the people of this nation. I would ask of those of you
who read this, that before you cast a vote for anyone in matters anything at
all to do with public office positions, please try to find out if that
person is a Freemason ( Member of a Secret Society). Members of Secret
Societies invariably always err on the side of decisions what will be of
benefit to their members and not the general public benefit.  It was Chris
Mullin MP who some years ago wrote to me following the failure of his Secret
Societies Declaration Bill in Parliament, indicating his concern at the
possible number of Members of Parliament who are also masons. My experience
as a former Town Councillor proved to me that many such Councillors are also
masons but wont make this generally known to the public at large. Given my
experience at the hands of masons, I can write with all certainty that
Freemasonry is a threat to the people of this nation. The former name of
Freemasons was in fact the Knights Templars of middle ages Holy Wars against
Islam infamy. They changed their name to Freemasons when the Pope started to
persecute them. It has been claimed by some that these Masonic Holy Wars
against Islam have never really ended. I read on a newspaper cover lately
that Queen Elizabeth II has refused to say sorry to the people of Iraq. It
strikes me as being ironic that the man the West wanted to topple in Iraq
still lives and yet tens of thousands of innocent lives have followed that
illegal war. Even saying sorry to their families will never even help subdue
the misery these people have suffered and are still suffering. I wish to
write that I am sorry for what has happened. The war against Iraq was never
done in my name or that in the name of many the general public of the UK.
The love of power affair of the two B's, will I think eventually have a
backlash far greater than most might think at present. Just how much is this
illegal war in Iraq costing the UK public? Its not being carried out for
free and every UK citizen is having to contribute to pay for it whether they
have or have not thought about just how they are doing this.
