Some have asked how long it takes before retro disappears when going from
Flomax to Xatrol.

In my case, severals days.

There are 4 FDA-approved meds as alpha blockers: Hytrin, Cardura, Flomax,
and Uroxatrol.  I tried only Flomax and Xatrol.  I discovered the
improvement because I could not tolerate the dizziness from Flomax.  I
still have the dizziness using Xatrol, but retro disappeared.  When I told
my uro, he was surprised.   So, that leads me to conclude that results "will
vary".
