FTY720 certainly isn't new anymore. I've been following study papers on
the net about it for quite sometime.
Someone else on this NG was using FTY720. Unfortunately I haven't heard
from her in awhile. Read the posts here:

FTY720 works completely different from other immunosuppressants: It
keeps some of the immune system cells inside the lymph nodes so they
can't attack the foreign body. FTY720 is. It's another one of several
drugs derived from soil fungi.
FTY720 has shown amazing results in multiple-sclerosis patients. Here's
