I don't think we need worry about that part of it.
A quick Google of the main details in the original header show that this
email has been bouncing around bulletin boards and forums for a month or so.
It has not appeared in the media, which you'd expect if it was genuine.
There is no mention of the 'well known business man' other than in instances
of the email. While the hospital mentioned is genuine and does have a
haemodialysis unit, there is no mention of renal transplants ever being done
there.
So, just another con - I'll bet respondents will be asked for 'a small
amount to cover immediate expenses' just like the Nigerian money launderers
do.
Sad that these grubs target desperate people, but it gave me something to do
for half an hour on a quiet morning!
