My mother is 65 and has been on home peritoneal dialysis for about 8
years. She has had 3 heart attacks. Recently, she had a angiogram and
was diagnosed with 3 vessel coronary artery disese. The cardiologist
has recommended that coronary artery bypass surgery be done because of
the diseased arteries and her 3 heart attacks.

I would appreciate it greatly is anyone has had similar experiences and
how their situation turned out. I asked the cardiologist about any
risks involved, and he told me that the benefits from the surgery are
greater.

Thanks in advance.
