Hi All,

I am a 34 yr old male with many symptoms for possible Kidney disease.
High blood pressure which I am now taking 5mg ALTACE

for. Dry skin, VERY FOAMY urine, fatique.

I recently have a 24 hour urine analysis and bloodwork done. I am
scheduled to meet with the doctor on April 17th, but have

the results in my hand now.

Could someone glance over these numbers and point out any alarming
results? I am really nervous about this whole thing and

impatient to wait another 11 days.

Thanks in advance!

With a creatnine of 1.1 you are way off from needing dialysis anytime soon.
The important thing is talk to your doctor and follow his advice. If things
are managed correctly and you are followed by your doctor closely you could
have many many more years before it's even an issue.

Smart-XXX answer: Want to trade results? Or kidneys? PLEASE??

Real answer: no sign at all of any kidney problems. Your 24 hour protein
is within normal, as is your creatinine clearance.

If ever; his creatinine is normal as is his creatinine clearance and he
has no proteinuria.

Thanks. I got the same type of responses from another forum.

I really had no idea what the numbers meant.

It still doesn't explain why my urine is still conistently very
foamy. Do you know what else other than protein in urine which can
cause it?

They mean you should be getting down on your hands and knees and singing
with joy! Your kidneys are fine and healthy.

Local tap water authorities add things to when the snow melts and
there's a lot of storms, washing all kinds of things into the water.
Extra purifiers, dyes and scents are added; that could be it. Or it
could be from something else - without seeing it (please don't post
pictures) what you think is "foamy" is actually not.
