I am a 32 year old male 6'2 210 and very healthy willing to donate one
of my healthy kidneys. I'm type A blood and would consider a donation
if all expenses where paid and a gift amount was paid towards me.

In which case, it's NOT a donation (because money is changing hands) and so
is illegal. If you'd really like to donate, please go to your nearest
hospital, put your name on the "altruistic donor list" and have yourself
tested to see who you would be compatable with.
