yeah, u cannot go on a parsley diet. who would even want to? excess of anything is not good.

Supposedly, parsley contains a lot of oxalic acid which combines with
dietary calcium and causes formation of kidney stones.

That would be a bummer, as parsley contains such high levels of
nutrients.
