Sore Kidneys this morning...

| This has never happened to me...
I woke up friday morning with both kidneys so sore i could hardly climb
out of bed..
Drank water all day long friday and the pain went down a bit...
By Saturday morning the pain was almost all gone...
Now its sunday evening and i cant feel any pain anymore...
Any idea what happened?
I was drinking beer thursday night...the night before the pain hit me...
Both kidneys felt like they were swollen also...

It's probably lower back pain and not kidney pain. Unless you have a
kidney stone, kidney pain rarely comes on suddenly, and with a stone, it
is unlikely that it would remit after just drinking water. Most
first-time stone sufferers are more likely to turn up at the ER than
post to usenet due to the pain. More likely you had muscle pain from
dehydration after a night drinking.
