You can eat almost anything as long as you know what is in it and
control portion size. Find out from the dietician exactly what
amounts of cholesterol, fat, sugars, calcium, phosphorus, sodium etc.
you are allowed to eat each day and then buy this book:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t...=glance&s=books
It will tell you what is in everything that you eat including fast
food and frozen foods. This book is the dietician's bible. I bought
it and it made my living on a renal diet actually enjoyable.
