| Hi Niren,
The link below has some info on post-transplant hydronephrosis. It says
the most common cause is ischaemic injury (ie: inadequate blood supply)
and rejection leading to fibrosis (ie: scar tissue) and stricture (ie:
narrowing of the ureter).
This patient had the blocked part of the ureter surgically removed to
solve the problem. I don't know how often this is done to as a remedy.
