Creatinine Clearance question

| Hi, I'm a diabetic starting to show the effects of chronic kidney disease
and I was wondering if someone might help me make some sense of a
recent 24 hour urine. I don't see a nephrologist until April 1.
My creatinine clearance from a 24 hour urine was reported as:
..56 L
with the normal being .63 to 2.5 G/24 hour
When I look at various websites I find that the normal creatinine clearance
for a female is
Female: 88 to 128 ml/min.
Any help you could give me on how to translate the numbers, I would
appreciate.
Thank you in advance.
Debra
