I agree with Ruth. I am 45, not as svelte as I would like and, (due to pd
fluid), diabetic, and my renal unit has no problem carrying me on their
transplant list (4 years).

I know that my renal consultant (Professor J. Williams, Cardiff Wales),
also would agree with Ruth. My advice is check around, get advice from
someone who specializes in dialysis and someone in kidney transplants.
