How do I avoid another stone
|

| Having been in excruciating pain with a kidney stone, I clearly don't want
another, what measures should I take in my diet to avoid another stone.
I have had a stent fitted which has given me some grief, Lithotripsy is to
follow next week, on average how many sessions does it take to destroy the
stone 8mm by the way.

What kind of stone?
What does your urologist say?
Didn't know they did lithro for 8mm stones; just passed one that size
last month (i pass stones every 30-45 days). Maybe that's something they
do for men.
