Did you know that 20 million Americans are affected by kidney disease?
It takes the lives of 100,000 people in the US each year. In my area
(Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey), mor than 15,000 patients are on
dialysis and thousands more wait for a lifesaving organ transplant.

I'm currently fundraising for the National Kidney Foundation of the
Delaware Valley this year. It would mean a lot to me if you could please
sponsor me online. Donating through this site is simple, fast and
totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me. Any
amount will make a difference but please try to give generously and as
often as possible.

It would also help me greatly if you would pass my donation page to your
friends, relatives and co-workers. I don't have a specific goal in mind
(as of this writing). I may set one at a later date.

Both National Kidney Foundation of the Delaware Valley and I really
appreciate your donation. Many thanks for your support!!
