First, I would like to express my condolences to you and your family. My
father is dying from kidney failure and refuses treatment. I've been
looking for answers all day and when I came across your post, I thought I
would find some. You never did get the answers you were looking for. I
was wondering if you would be kind enough to give me those answers. If it
is too painful for you, I understand.
