Want to rent you my O+ Kidney ,is that illegal too?

| I want to rent you my O+ kidney!I dont smoke or drink and my condition is
perfect.So i am not selling, you may rent the kidney for lets say 100
years.I life in the netherlands.Would that be illegal?
note: its a question and not a statement!
