My wife suffers from migrains that seem to be provoked by odors and possibly
by temperature and humidity.

The surprising thing is that her GP (a surgeon who removed her gall
bladder), an opthamalogist (who removed a cataract), and her cardiologist
(who hasn't done anything material yet except to tell us that there isn't a
problem) tells us to stay away from neurologists.

My wife's other medical students and practicioners say the same thing.

Why do other doctors dislike neurologists so much?

Because they don't do anything except tell the patient to touch their
nose, walk the line, check the pupil, knee reflex, resisting the
doctor's hand and that's about it. Four hundred dollars please.
