Author Tight Fascia Tissue and Restricted Range of Motion?

All my life body has felt really tight like I am in a straight jacket all
the time. I always feel chronic tension from the neck up with a tight neck,
throat, scalp and face muscles. I saw a doc some years ago he noticed it but
since it wasnt in the text book he just got bored and took my money. Anyone
familiar with these symptoms?
