Diagnose me, no one else can!

Very desperate. This has been going on for 10 months.
Starts with colitis symptoms, soft stool, mucous.Constantly gurgling
stomach intestines. Later develop paresthesia, tingling, burning feet,
back of the hands, shoulder pops out of place, legs tingle and burn,
heart palpitations. Later develop migraine headache, cluster type one
eye.
With all of this, developed panic, and depression.
Blood work shows nothing, x rays show nothing, gastroscopy colonoscopy
show nothing. Stool samples show nothing, urine, negative western blot
lyme tests etc.
Help, im losing everything to this afflliction.

Are you taking any drugs?
Do you eat an unusual diet?
