Looking for complete listing of neurological disorder, please
|

| Hi,
Can anyone point me to a website with a complete listing off *all*
neurological disorders (preferably with discriptions). I come from
psychiatry where we have DSM-IV (a complete listing of all psychiatric
disorder). I'm looking for something analogous for neurological disorders.
Thanks!

You mean like the ICD-9? Here's the CDC's homepage on it:

Science is facts; just as houses are made of stones, so is science made of
facts; but a pile of stones is not a house and a collection of facts is not
necessarily science.
