Hello to everyone in the UK - this message is especially for you. I have
now managed to obtain a list of most of the NHS endocrinologists and we are
putting this into a data base. The intention for obtaining this list
originally was to make sure that every single one of them is sent a copy of
the letter from the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency
about the prescribing of Armour Thyroid telling them that they CAN prescribe
Armour Thyroid on the NHS if their patient is unable to tolerate the NHS
recommendation (T4). We will shortly be up and running and hopefully, this
letter will be sent out around the end of May.

The list is being sorted into districts, cities, towns etc., and will be
available in the future for anybody looking for an endocrinologist in their
area.

As some names are missing from this list, please will you send the details
of your endocrinologist (or any other Endocrinologists in your area) with
their name and the address of the hospital they are based at as soon as
possible. You can send this information direct to

endoinfo@hotmail.com

If you are a member of any other Support Groups, please will you paste this
message there so it is spread as far as possible.

Regards,
Sheila
