CRSQA-surgeon David Wallace's tactic "repugnant" according to Koch

| CRSQA-certified surgeon David A. Wallace, MD uses this repugnant
approach on his web site:
"LASIK at LA Sight. With a 20/20 or Free Guarantee.
Simply put, that means if you qualify for this program (and we will
review qualification guidelines with you at the time of your
consultation), either you achieve 20/20 vision or we refund your
procedure fees."

Doug Koch, MD: In my view, an even more repugnant approach is the
"money back guarantee". This implies that the procedure is somehow
reversible and that there are no potential risks of sight-threatening
or sight-disturbing complications. Getting one's money back does not
make up for a lifetime of unhappiness about one's vision; it is not
like returning a broken television.

They will do everything they can to inflate your 20/20 results. You
could be half blind in one eye and guess one of the 20/20 line in the
other and be pronounced 20/20. You could end up 20/20 for a week then
regress. A refund wont matter if your eyes end ruined
