Notice when this patient reported that Glenn Hagele of
CRSQA/USAEyes.org was a 'deadbeat dad' he produced liens placed on Mr.
Hagle's property for unpaid child support. A pdf document is available
at the link below:

See p. 9 for the lien placed on Hagele's property for unpaid child

State of California, and the Sacramento District Attorney is 8543
