| CyberAssassin Glenn Hagele of CRSQA/USAEyes operates a hate site that
he uses to harass injured LASIK patients.
Glenn Hagele harasses injured LASIK patients at home and at work and
uses the internet to threaten and defame them.
He threatened to publish their personal information, including social
security numbers, exposing them to identity theft.
He contacts their employers, trying to cause problems for them at work.
He calls their homes and hangs up the phone.
He published the name of one injured patients 77-year old mother.
He threatened to publish a female patient's divorce records, family
dispute with a neighbor, and her business records.
He invades their privacy.
He hires investigators.
He stated in an email that he would cause their demise.
He sent a document which had been altered with the name and employer of
an injured LASIK patient to an ASCRS official, resulting in ASCRS
contacting the patient's employer in an attempt to cause problems for
her at work.
Glenn Hagele "needed" these injured LASIK patients to make new
defamatory comments about him and his bogus organization, CRSQA/USAEyes
so he could take legal action:
Glenn Hagele:
"******, ******, *****, and ***** have all defamed me or doctors I have
worked with, but for some of the worst defamation the time to act had
expired. I needed them to raise it again or act anew."
When former CRSQA Chairman, Dan Durrie, learned of Glenn Hagele's plans
to attack injured LASIK patients, he stated,
"Glenn has not been representing the board in his legal action and has
not discussed his tactics with me. I was very surprised by his e-mail
stating his plans to do so. Due to his comments to do so, I have
notified him that I am resigning from the board. I am only interested
in helping patients. - DSD"
Here's a sample of what surgeons think of Glenn Hagele and his bogus
organization:
Dr. Barrie Soloway:
"In one sense, any layperson can go out and set up an organization
similar to what Hagele has done. There is no way to prevent an
organization from simply being a rubber stamp, 'Good Housekeeping
Seal of Approval' for payment."

Dr. Richard Lindstrom:
"Glenn seems to see himself as a white night crusading for Laski (sic)
and his dissatisfied patient enemies wish to destroy the operation
entirely. We cannot win by getting involved. There are not at this

including active litigation. ***** ****** is not ASCRS friend, nor at
the moment is Glen Hagele. None of this is good for the field or ASCRS.

"First - there is absolutely no relationship between myself and Glenn
Hagle or CRSQA. I am a refractive surgeon, and I have no interest in
being CRSQA certified. CRSQA certification is a waste of money, and

It's interesting to me that you attack Glenn daily for years. .you
throw everything at him but the kitchen sink... and yet when he

Finally.. I am aware of your criminal acts Burch. It is ironic that
you are upset whenever Glenn makes inquiries into your underhanded
dealings. You would crap your pants if you knew how he does that.
That is all I am ever going to say about that. I only mentioned it to
let you know what a fool you are. If you want to see your biggest
enemy, just look in the mirror.
Just how many of the malcontents have to ruin their OWN lives before
they wise up? I personally don't think they will ever wise up. I am
sure they were nuts before getting obsessed with refractive surgery. I
am sure that they are nuts in other areas of their present lives that
have nothing to do with refractive surgery.. and I'm sure they will be
nuts even if they lose their obsession with refractive surgery. The
best we can hope for is that these malcontent monsters will not hurt
OTHER people with their garbage.
Ace is so ridiculous that he really isn't a danger. BTW.. for those
of you who don't know it.. Ace is the mouthpiece of Burch's
propaganda.
Lastly.. it is a shame that these malcontents persist. It makes it
virtually impossible for anybody with real problems to get useful
advice or assistance. There really are so few problems with
refractive surgery that anytime you see a problem .. it is most likely
fraudulent.

I don't think Glenn has ever stooped to that level. The only grossly
irresponsible methods of attack (in the last 6 months) have been from
Hanson and Burch. Glenn has always remained remarkably composed in the
face of two people who are likely crazed enough to kill him or someone
in his family should they get the chance.
I doubt I could have remained as professional if people with such a
single-minded obsessive hatred were endeavouring to destroy my name and
livelihood.
I'd always known America had more than their fair share of the world's
loonies but it is genuinely frightening to see it in action. I think
this is the closest I've been to dealing with people with real
malevolent mental illness.

| Well.. I was pointing out that even with the accusations of Burch..
they certainly deserve everything coming to them. They have a lot of
nerve to complain about how Glenn treats them. I would never put up

And as far as proving things goes... someone sure proved something to
relieve you of your job and to get Hanson an 18 month ticket to a free
institution where he gets free room and board and meals. Lasik will
be the furthest thing from his mind when he is sitting there in a 14'
x 10' cell with 3 horny cellmates.

In my opinion, Glenn Hagele of CRSQA/USAEye's major predicament is that
the things the patients have said about him are true and easily
documented, and the things he says to harrass patients on his 'hate
site' and elsewhere are largely not true or substantiated.
For example, Brent Hanson is not going to jail in December. Brent
Hanson never WAS sentenced to jail, and it will be fairly embarrassing
to Glenn when it doesn't happen. Wonder what kind of spin Glenn Hagele
will add when his 'Brent Hanson jail' story of the past year or so is
reavealed to all to be untrue?

OK, take the bait and visit the site. If you go to Mr. Hagele's website
you see some names, some addresses, and not a shred of documentation
for Mr. Glenn Hagele's assertions against patients. Not a shred. Seems
to me that Glenn Hagele shows a fair amount of anti-patient bile,
there, however... and if he had some goods on any of these people he'd
be screaming about it.

Mr. Hanson has indeed been sentenced to prison for 18 months. Would
you like Glenn to repost that order again? About 99 days until that
happens.
