SurgicalEyes no longer exists and has not for quite some time, years
actually. The domain is now owned by the Vision Surgery Rehab Network
(VSRN, http://www.visionsurgeryrehab.org). VSRN is a nonprofit
organization directed and operated by patients, ophthalmologists, and
optometrists who provide information, resources, and assistance for
those who have had a poor refractive surgery outcome.
