That's exactly my philosophy and exactly why I don't do sport. Nothing
bad can happen to you when you're sat in front of the TV :-)

70-80 is fine but another 20 stops them sliding around the bed ;-)

I was fine to just splash about in the pool but I think any activity
where water could be forced into the eye at pace would be a bad idea.
The other guys went parasailing and sat on a banana thing behind a speed
boat but, having been on them before and knowing what it's like, I
decided to leave it until the flap is a bit more secure.

I can see why you might want to improve your vision but I don't believe
that OrthoK and NVI will get you all the way there. I worry that you'll
spend a lot of money to end up with vision which fluctuates daily
between -2 and -3 so you end up needing different glasses for different
days.

Knowing Optical Express I won't get to see the surgeon until immediately
before the OP and the optometrists are so young and inexperienced that
you can tell them what to say. Because of this I need to be very careful
and ensure that I don't force them into anything by accident.
