Risks are an inherent part but there are some you can mitigate for and
others are just the hand of <insert preference of deity here>. My point
is that, whilst this woman's blindness happened as a result of the
surgery, it is irresponsible to claim it as a legitimate complication as
it is just a crazy random fluke. The chance of it happening again is
less than being wiped out at a bus-stop on the way.

My vision is more or less where it was, maybe very slightly worse. I
very rarely wore my glasses on holiday because the sun was bright during
the day so I could see pretty well without. At night, things weren't so
good and, although I managed without glasses most of the time, I did
need to put them on if there was anything I particularly wanted to see.
Incidentally, you can get a lap-dance for USD5 in Bulgaria which is
worth putting the glasses back on for even if she did want another 20 to
take her top off. Um um or so I heard from some other guys or
something....

However, I have to say that even with the undercorrection the difference
is incredible. Previously swimming was an ordeal of continually fixing
my position with landmarks so I could find my way back to my sunbed and
now I can happily splash along the beach ogling topless babes. I didn't
think it was wise to go for all the watersports until my eyes have had
another 12 months to heal though.

My next checkup is in three weeks where they should give the thumbs
up/down to an enhancement.
