50% of almost no complications is half of almost no complications.

LASIK could be deadly if a missile hit the surgeon's office while you
were having your surgery done.. Damn that LASIK! If that person
didn't decide to have LASIK.. they would not have been in that office
when the missile hit! When will people realize the horrific risks?
